Volunteer Needs
The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. There is a critical need for volunteers in the Task. There are many exciting ways to be a part of how God is moving throughout Northern Africa and the Middle East.
Prayer Walking/Tourism (Job #87420)

Using the established tourism route for Prayer Walking in important towns. This request is for the individual(s) who want to pray for doors to open to longer term access in and near those towns, for finding key door keepers or Men of Peace, and for "taking down" Satan's strongholds. This job places prayers close to the target people. Some stamina for short difficult walks will be encountered. Accommodations are 2 star type hotels and simple food. Travel is by airplane in most cases.
Adventure Travel Tour (Job #87558)

The Adventure team will engage in cultural activities and excursions. The exact nature of the adventure will be set, based on the group coming and dates or seasons of travel. They might travel in urban or rural settings. The volunteers will have encounters with local people in order to learn their culture and way of life. The group will engage the local people in giving and receiving hospitality. They will focus on prayer for people they meet and set the stage for ongoing relationships.

This job requires an individual, or team, called to a ministry of intercession who has good communication and motivational skills, and who will commit to 2 years as a prayer advocate for a very large population segment. The job includes a week-long information gathering trip by a small team. The objectives are to visit the population segment to gain information, catch vision, and pray; then return to the US to mobilize and sustain intercession for these millions.

Prayer walking in either: 1) towns with hotels and food available at ** type standards. 2) simple hotel rooms with just a bed, hole-in-the-ground toilet down the hall, and food of national origin (injera be wat). 3) remote locations using camping and hiking to access the people. Only for very healthy, outdoors type individuals. Food, equipment,etc. would be carried by volunteers, with the help of local guides with pack animals. Tourism, ESL and Human Needs could be entrance platforms.
